That includes BASIC ddos filtering/mitigation using our multi-gigabit ddos protected network, equipped with the latest technology in order to identify and deny the dos/ddos traffic before it reaches your server and disrupt your normal traffic.
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that this service protects our whole network and clients, and in NO way will specialize in protection of single clients that become frequently target of ddos attacks. In the latter case, you will have to purchase a more advanced and sophisticated security package (ex. managed dedicated firewall based on Juniper NetScreen hardware) in order to be protected.
All servers are FULLY MANAGED!
You have root access BUT our management team is available 24/7 to provide: monitoring every 5mins, repairing operating system, installing software, troubleshooting etc.
This management is the standard one we provide to all our clients. However, if you need special management we are able to provide it in additional cost. For example: custom scripting, custom software etc. are extra and not included in the basic management.
