- A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on both pre-paid quarterly/bi-annual/annual and monthly services. In short if you're not satisfied with the service for any reason within 30 days you will get a full refund.
- Q: By pre-paying annually I am committing to 12 months of service - what assurances do I have the server will still be online in 12 months?
- A: Serverminds has been in business over 2 years, rents and owns its infrastructure (cabinets, switches, routers, bandwidth, and the server hardware), and has long-term contractual commitments in both data center locations we have a presence. We are not a reseller and will deal directly with any hardware failures - hard drives, memory, and general system issues.
- Q: Can I try the service out - that is, pay monthly initially - before deciding to commit to the 12-month pre-payment and get the same discount?
- A: Yes, no problem. You can switch your billing cycle to annual - with the discount - at a later time.
- Q: Can I resell the servers?
- A: Yes if you would like to take advantage of our great monthly or annual pricing and resell the server for your own customers, you may do so as long as you comply with our Terms of Service.
