We are daily available from 9am until 9pm GMT+1 and in the weekends you can contact us from 9am until 5pm GMT+1. For customers with a service level agreement, we are also available after these hours.
Datacenter and network
Server Boost is located in the SmartDC datacenter in Rotterdam. The datacenter, SmartDC "Dataport of Rotterdam", has space for 3000 m2 data space and is located in the new expedition building of the Van Nelle factory complex. The network consists of only the best connections like: AMS-IX, DE-CIX, L-INX, Global Crossing, Telia, Level3, etc.
The new network with AS 49544 has direct connections with international carries, both in Amsterdam as SmartDC, which is unique for a datacenter outside of Amsterdam. The network is setup fully redundant with 2x Brocade XMR 8000 routers. The switching is done with Brocade XMR 4000 routers with each 2x 20 Gbit fiber uplinks. These switches are placed in a redundant setup ; when there is a problem on one of the switches, the traffic still continues to run without any interruption. The total (external) internet traffic that the network can currently handle is over 100 Gigabit.
