Yes, We offer 24x7 Technical Support via phone and email. Please note that your dedicated server is unmanaged. Support is only provided for network and hardware related issues.
3. Are you a Reseller?
No, We own all of our servers, networking gear, backup systems and software.
4. Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in Plano, TX inside of Global IP Networks.
5. Money Back Guarantees?
Our dedicated servers do not include a money-back policy. If you require a money back service, we recommend utilizing a VPS instead.
6. What Control Panel do you use?
Your server will be managed under our Ubersmith system.
7. If I sign up now, how long before I am online?
Your dedicated server will be set up within 24 hours of full payment. There may be an additional delay for a credit card authorization form.
8. Can I use my server for virtualization?
Yes you can if the CPU supports hardware virtualization. If not, we recommend using OpenVZ for using linux containers. However our dedicated servers are unmanaged, and you are responsible for installing said software.
9. Will I get charged for Bandwidth Over usage?
We will warn you when you come close to your limit.
10. Can I upgrade my server?
Yes, RAM and Disk drive upgrades are readily avalable; CPU upgrades are generally not available. You will just need to put in a ticket with billing department and we will process it within 24 hours or less. Average wait time is 1-4 hours for processing.
11. Do you offer a backup service?
Yes, but it's not included with a dedicated server, you are responsible for backing up your own data. We do offer R1Soft CDP services, ask us for a quote.
12. What's your policy on spam/warez/torrents/illegal content?
Strictly prohibited, termination without further notice if caught.
13. I want to host adult content, do you allow this?
Yes. Content must be in compliance Federal, State and Local laws for the United States, the state of Texas and the city of Dallas. We also recommended a Dedicated Server or Virtual Machine for this type of content if you expect growth.
14. I want full root access, do you provide this?
All servers are completely unmanaged, you have full control over your dedicated server.
15. I want to use mailing lists, is there email limits?
Not on dedicated hosting accounts, however if you are caught sending unsolicited emails, you will be warned and then terminated if you continue to abuse and send spam.
